Our Work
Platforms We've Built
Real systems solving real problems — from national-scale law enforcement technology to modern benefits administration.
The OPS Network
MJ Bonanno is a founding member of Online Policing Solutions and the architect behind its entire technology platform. Through Scrypster, he designed and built the OPS product ecosystem from the ground up — three distinct platforms serving 600+ law enforcement agencies across 31 states. One unified architecture built for compliance, scalability, and real-world field conditions.
OPS LENS
The nation's first real-time, secure communication platform built exclusively for law enforcement.
OPS LENS (Law Enforcement Notification and Sharing) eliminates silos between agencies by delivering instant, multimedia alerts — text, images, video, and audio — directly to officers across jurisdictions, on any device. Two-way collaboration in real time, not after the fact.
NPS-AID
A CAD-integrated platform protecting disabled and vulnerable individuals during law enforcement encounters.
NPS-AID is the digital evolution of the Blue Envelope program — a privacy-focused, access-controlled system that gives officers critical, participant-provided information during live encounters. Integrated with existing 911/CAD infrastructure, it supports all disability types and operates across state lines.
OPS Hubs
Cross-jurisdictional information management hubs for collaborative law enforcement operations.
OPS Hubs enables agencies to create shared, secure environments for multi-agency operations — task forces, regional collaborations, and cross-border investigations. Structured data sharing with access controls that respect jurisdictional boundaries.
Simplorium
Benefits administration, rebuilt from scratch. A modern platform for third-party administrators managing Taft-Hartley benefit funds.
Challenge
Third-party administrators managing union benefit funds are stuck on legacy software from the 1990s — systems that require manual remittance processing, offer no self-service portals, and charge opaque per-module pricing. The $3.2B benefits administration market is dominated by PE-backed vendors with no incentive to innovate.
Approach
Simplorium is a ground-up SaaS platform built on a spoke-and-wheel architecture. Each organization gets a dedicated, isolated environment while sharing a unified administration layer. Every feature is included — no module add-ons, no per-fund fees, no hidden costs.
Results
- Transparent published pricing — first in Taft-Hartley
- Electronic employer remittance processing
- Self-service member and employer portals
- Automated eligibility determination
- Full DOL compliance audit trail
